Once again, we are exceedingly proud of Mossbourne Sixth Form Year 13 students who have achieved remarkable and impressive success in this year’s A Level examinations. We are excited about the incredible opportunities that await them in the next chapter of their lives and look forward to them becoming the next generation of leaders in their chosen career pathways.
We want to especially highlight our Sixth Form students who have embodied the Mossbournian values of excellence, unity, and no excuses. Their results reflect their ambition, determination, and hard work in everything they do. We’re proud to uphold our record of success.
We have several students who are going on to continue their studies at universities in the United States of America on full scholarships and other top institutions of higher education. This includes 18 students who will study medicine having thrived as a part of the Mossbourne Medical Bursary. Nikolaos Woke achieved A*s in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics and will study Medicine at Queen Mary, University of London. A total of 15 students will study at Oxford or Cambridge, including Maria O. who will study Law at the University of Oxford. Lucas Clarke, Head Student 2023-24 achieved an astounding 4 A* grades and will study Engineering at Selwyn College, Cambridge. Fellow Head Student 2023-24, Ophelia Robinson-Beesley, will read Spanish and Linguistics at Exeter College, Oxford. We are especially proud of Gideon Rochman, a hugely talented musician, who will go on study Aerospace Engineering at the University of Sheffield.
