INCREDIBLE A LEVEL RESULTS 2024

Once again, we are exceedingly proud of Mossbourne Sixth Form Year 13 students who have achieved remarkable and impressive success in this year’s A Level examinations. We are excited about the incredible opportunities that await them in the next chapter of their lives and look forward to them becoming the next generation of leaders in their chosen career pathways.

Over a third of students achieved exclusively A* and A grades. Whilst 18% of all A Levels were awarded A*, nearly half of all A Levels taken this year were awarded A* and A grades. 75% of all A Levels taken this year were awarded A*- B grades. Students were particularly successful in English Literature in which 63% of all grades were A*-A grades and also in Economics, in which an astounding 92% of all grades were A*-A grades. In addition to these stellar achievements, 100% of students studying Further Maths achieved A*-A grades.

We want to especially highlight our Sixth Form students who have embodied the Mossbournian values of excellence, unity, and no excuses. Their results reflect their ambition, determination, and hard work in everything they do. We’re proud to uphold our record of success.
